It was just a prime choice for a cursory stop in Laurel with definitely value for money. The mattress in my room was surprisingly great for a budget stay.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the clean room. The decor felt welcoming, and the hotel was easy to navigate, making it comfortable for seniors. Enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the self-made waffles.

Improve breakfast variety for a better experience.

The kids loved the waffles and the pool was a great bonus, although it was a bit chilly. It served its purpose during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers free wi-fi, a comfortable indoor pool, and helpful staff. During my first stay, they gave me a local taxi number. I’m excited to come back next year!

the sleep inn has a nice indoor heated pool that was a great way to relax. the fitness center was also handy for a quick workout. we appreciated having access to relax melodies for better sleep and the ac in our room worked perfectly, keeping things quiet during our stay.

The hotel had a convenient location near major highways. The room was nicely designed with comfortable bedding that helped us feel more at ease. Also, the bathroom was spacious, adding to our comfort during our stay.

However, the overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired.

Decent service, clean but outdated.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool had a greenish tint and was closed, which really disappointed my kid, especially since using it would’ve been a great distraction from the noise. Our room was positioned directly over a loud event room, where we endured heavy bass and party chatter that made it nearly impossible to enjoy our stay or get any sleep. The breakfast setup also left something to be desired—limited options meant long waits for the one waffle maker, while the absence of eggs or meat made dining less appealing.

Indoor pool great for relaxing after a day out. Internet issues made it hard to stay connected.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved how close we were to the horse racing venue and enjoyed visiting the historic cotton mill turned shopping spot. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after our adventures at the race track and nearby attractions.

One bummer was the internet issues that the staff didn't seem to address. It would have been helpful if they had let us know at check-in, as it made staying connected difficult.

Room for Improvement

Our two-night stay was marred by unexpected odors and cleanliness issues. The smoke-free claim felt misleading. On a positive note, the staff efficiently checked us in. For future guests, I'd suggest confirming the room quality upfront.

The stay provided a wide entry hall that allowed easy maneuvering with a walker, and the management promptly purchased a shower bench after I expressed concerns about accessibility. However, the room lacked true ADA-compliant accessibility. the bed placement was too tight for a walker, and the chair was dangerously unstable. Additionally, a metal strip in the bathroom posed a hazard, as it cut my toe, and overall cleanliness left something to be desired.

I had a lovely time during my stay, especially enjoying the cozy king room and the warm atmosphere of the lobby. The indoor pool looked inviting, and it was nice to unwind after a busy day. Though the parking situation was a bit tight, it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

Nice stay with some bumps

Had a good time. The staff were super polite and the breakfast was fresh. My room was clean, which I loved. The only hiccup was the WiFi. it worked everywhere but my room. Also, the location is great, close to shopping. Overall, enjoyed my time here, would definitely come back despite the internet issue.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds

I recently stayed for 2 nights and found the rooms to be clean and the beds very comfortable. However, the elevator could use a thorough cleaning as it showed signs of wear and tear. It was also disappointing that the coffee at breakfast was not enjoyable, but there was a decent waffle maker. Overall, it was suitable for a budget stay.
